Our maternity belt is super easy to use. Here's how you can get the best out of it:

1. Put the belt on from the bottom up, like you would put on a skirt. Make sure the middle of the belt seam is aligned with the middle of your lower back.
2. Identify the crease in your thigh when you raise your leg. This is where the belt will sit. Align the bottom edge of the belt with the crease for the upper belt position, and the top edge of the belt with the crease for the lower belt position.
3. Pull the belly band part over your belly. Adjust the elastic tension straps to your level of comfort by pulling them forwards. If uncomfortable bunching occurs, the straps are too tight and you should loosen them.

Note: Feel free to place the belt anywhere between the upper and lower position that feels best for you. Remember, what feels best often works best.

Product Care:

• Machine wash (max. 30 °C) with similar colours.
• Always attach the velcro straps when the product is not in use, or during wash.
